• How and when do I get my checks?

  Middle of the month by direct deposit

• How is rent collection handled?

  We collect all rents either online or at our office

• How long of a lease do you sign?

  This is dependant on the owner

• How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

• How soon can you start managing my property?

  Usually we like at least 2 weeks notice
