Is the deposit refundable?
Security deposit is refundable. Property needs to be surrendered in the same or better condition at the end of the lease. -

I want to get a pet. What do I do?
You will want to talk with the property manager. Not all properties allow pets. All tenants will need to put their animal application in at www.petscreening.com -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Call the office there are steps that need to be done in order for this to potentially be done. You are not guaranteed to be removed from a lease. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
You are required to submit a 30 day notice -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
This is dependent on the issue/maintenance and will be in the lease
