• Can you hold a place before I apply?

  We do not hold properties.

• Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

  No, First months rent and deposit are required. Deposit may vary depending on qualification score.

• How old do you have to be to apply?

  All applicants 18 years and older are required to submit an application

• Is the deposit refundable?

  Security deposit is refundable. Property needs to be surrendered in the same or better condition at the end of the lease.

• You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

  You can apply directly on our website.

• How do I pay rent?

  We encourage all tenants to pay through their online portal at www.Rent719.com

• I want to get a pet. What do I do?

  You will want to talk with the property manager. Not all properties allow pets. All tenants will need to put their animal application in at www.petscreening.com

• I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

  Call the office there are steps that need to be done in order for this to potentially be done. You are not guaranteed to be removed from a lease.

• My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

  You are required to submit a 30 day notice

• Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

  This is dependent on the issue/maintenance and will be in the lease
